3. The Property does not have AC, portable fans are available.
4. For your safety, there's camera monitoring the exterior entrances to the home - the front entry, back lower entry and upper deck entry. NO cameras are inside the home.
5. Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles to be parked at the cabin. And additional cars can be parked at The Pines overflow parking for an additional cost per day. Trailers will also need a per-day parking permit at an additional fee from The Pines. Space is limited, please call at least 7 days prior to arrival to reserve your spot.
6. DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE or remove anything from the house including but not limited to pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, and furnishings. Additional fees may be charged to violators of this rule.
7. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this fantastic world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs, and critters, please remember to close doors and windows without screens. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The house is treated regularly and is cleaned in preparation for your arrival.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
