With 4 beds and 2 full baths, as well as two kitchens, a dining area, and separate living rooms, this vacation rental house is perfect for 4 couples or families. After experiencing world-class mountain biking, climbing, or hiking, return to this completely remodeled house and wind down in just over 2,000 square feet of fresh, inviting living space. Warm your toes with either pellet fireplaces in the kitchen and living room in the main home or at the gas stove as you lounge in the second living room of the apartment. There are beautiful views out of the picture windows in both units overlooking the mountains, plus Roku TVs, and if you have little ones a Pak N Play, a high chair, and a baby gate are available for just some of the amenities awaiting you at Wind River Home.

Your daily activities will surely work up your appetite - thankfully, cooking will be easy with two fully equipped kitchens. Enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining room table with room enough for six in the first kitchen or the four-person bar in the second.

Evenings call for sipping drinks in the fresh mountain air while soaking in the saltwater hot tub. Revel in nature's beauty as the sun sets over the foothills and continue lounging outdoors as it grows darker to end the day stargazing with your loved ones!

3. We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a No Pet policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies. *If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.*
4. Parking: Two driveways are available with room for three vehicles in each driveway. Six vehicles maximum. Absolutely no parking is allowed on the rural country road in front of the property. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed.
5. 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
6. A local contact will be provided during your stay, please be respectful and aware they are not available 24/7.
7. Guests will have access to both homes (units 1 and 2), two driveways, a shed, and hot tub.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
