Skip the commute, beat the festival traffic, and be at the cables or the concert stage in seconds!

Sleeping: Features a comfortable Double Bed with a private Smart TV.
Ensuite: Full private bathroom for complete seclusion.
Kitchen: Small, fully equipped kitchen (separate from the main house) perfect for fueling up between sessions.

Shared Areas: The backyard and porch are the only shared spaces, designed for all guests to enjoy the grill and outdoor seating.

Quiet Enjoyment: Located in a respectful neighborhood; please keep noise levels mindful after hours.
Security: 24/7 exterior-only video surveillance for peace of mind.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
