The neighborhood is both spacious and peaceful, offering ample room to unwind. As a working farm with animals and a barn, exercise caution when observing the animals, as the fence is electrified. While the barn and animals aren't part of the vacation rental, the property offers plenty of activities, including volleyball, spike ball, and various outdoor pursuits.

Beyond the numerous features of the home, the location adds an extra layer of appeal. Engage in nearby activities such as fishing, swimming, rafting, tubing, skiing, exploring, hiking, and golfing. Despite the tranquil neighborhood setting, Driggs is only a ten-minute drive away, offering ample opportunities for shopping and dining.

5. 14-day rentals or longer require a $1,000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
6. Cameras are located around the perimeter of the home and include audio recording: North side of house, Porch of house, Back patio of house, North and South side of barn, Hay shed. There is no noise decibel monitors.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
