This remodeled home radiates brightness with modern minimalist decor. It comes fully furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The common area features a large 4K flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. For pet owners, the home includes a convenient doggie door, allowing pets to access a secure, enclosed backyard while owners are away.

The beautifully decorated bedrooms boast professionally cleaned and maintained linens. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, armoire, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, and a large 4K flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom features a new oversized shower and double sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, ample brightness, a mounted 4K flat-screen TV, and a bifold closet. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, with each guest provided two towels and a washcloth. The bunk room features three twin-size beds (2 bunks plus a trundle) and a cozy bean bag for hanging out.

The kitchen is well-lit and equipped with standard appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, microwave, and all-new stainless steel appliances. Basic seasonings and baking supplies are also provided. Additionally, a high chair and portable crib are available for small children.

The home is conveniently located near various MLB spring training facilities, including the Cubs and A's. Nearby lakes offer opportunities to rent paddleboards, kayaks, pontoon boats, and wakeboard boats. The property is also close to the Salt River Tubing Station and Goldfield Ghost Town. Easy freeway access on Hwy 202 allows for quick travel to Gilbert, Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport (PHX), as well as Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). The area offers numerous hiking and biking trails, along with top-ranking golf courses in the top 5% nationally.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
