Security: 24-hour exterior-only surveillance is in place for guest safety. No audio recording is used.
Laundry Service: Available for stays longer than one night for an additional fee.
Winch Casita: The Winch Casita is not included in this booking. This reservation covers the 4-bedroom main house only at the stated rate. The Casita may be reserved separately for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
