The Space:

Enter The Dreyfus from the courtyard into a sprawling open floorplan featuring lofty ceilings, artful lighting, and a 30-foot glass wall, dissolving the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces. Boutique designer furniture and artwork enhance the home throughout. Each bedroom has direct access to the outdoors. The master and junior master bathrooms are each complemented by private adjoining indoor/outdoor showers. The chef’s kitchen is a culinary haven featuring luxury appliances including a commercial range with a double oven, and a coffee bar.

Step outside to a modern swimming pool and spa with water features and water loungers on a Baja shelf. Relax in the cabana, gather around the outdoor firepit, enjoy cooking on the BBQ, or curl up with a book in an over-sized lounger chair with the sound of water, all set on specialized cooler-touch outdoor tiles that provide comfort under foot during Arizona’s hottest days. Charge your electric vehicle inside the garage on the 40-amp car charger.

Please note that pool heating is not necessary most of the year. However, if during colder months pool heating is requested by guest this can be accommodated with an additional charge of $100 per night. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
