This spacious, nearly 5,000-square-foot, 7-bedroom home has a MAXIMUM occupancy of 16 GUESTS in total—sleeping up to 13 adults (ages 13 and above) and 3–6 children in beds, in any combination, not exceeding 16 guests. Perfect for large groups, it offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. To help preserve the beautiful hardwood floors, we kindly ask our guests to remove their shoes upon entry and refrain from wearing ski boots or other high-heeled footwear within the premises.

The home features a fireplace, a game room, a spacious basement, a hot tub, and a wrap-around porch. Stay comfortable with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Spread out across three living rooms, including a basement kitchenette ideal for casual dining or snacks. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
