The three comfortable bedrooms offer a peaceful place to sleep after a day spent golfing, hiking, shopping, or exploring while bedrooms 2 and 3 both offer TV's. There are toys and games for the kids. Community Amenities:
Pool hours are from 6 am to 10pm.
To access any of the pools, the key card is required.
1. Smaller pool with BBQ area and hot tub
2. Park with playground, baseball field, basketball court, and volleyball. Also has pool, hot tub and BBQ

4. The Barn has toddler pool and deep pool (no hot tub). Fishing is available at the pond by the pool with valid license. The Barn has a small, seasonal "farmer's market" on Wednesday evenings. The walking/bike path also starts here.
5. Community Clubhouse, lap pool/play pool (no hot tub), kid's splash pad, playground, soccer fields, basketball courts, volleyball courts, fishing and picnic tables.

Things to Note:
1. Must be 25 to book. All unrelated guests must have one person in their party over 30 that will be in residence at the property.
2. The owner requires an extra screening form to be filled out for every booking.
3. Pets allowed - please inquire about pet policy and fees.
4. 14-day plus rentals require additional cleaning fees and any stays 21-day plus also require a $1000 refundable security deposit (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met
5. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
