Welcome to your spacious beachfront getaway in Laie, Hawaii. Set on a gated oceanfront property, this private home is perfect for extended family retreats, multi-family vacations, and small events like weddings, graduations, and birthday parties.

The biggest highlight? Direct access to the ocean. We’ve stocked the house with everything you need to enjoy the water: stand-up paddleboards, surfboards, kayaks, boogie boards, snorkeling sets, beach toys for kids, and plenty of chairs and umbrellas for relaxing.

The home was built for groups, with open living spaces, a large kitchen, and a generous great room for winding down together. Step onto the beachfront lanai to soak in fresh ocean air and enjoy meals or morning coffee outdoors.

The wide, grassy yard is great for games and play. We provide soccer goals, a volleyball net (upon request), bocce ball, footballs, frisbees—even kites for windy days. Let us know what you'd like in advance, and we’ll have it ready.

Our beach deck sits just above the sand and surf, equipped with loungers for sunbathing and stunning views. (Note: sand levels can vary with tides and ocean swells.)

The bedrooms are spacious, well-suited for families to share comfortably.

Nearby beaches are just minutes away:
* Pounders Beach (1-minute drive / 5-minute walk) – Great for boogie boarding.
* Hukilau Beach (2-minute drive) – Family-friendly fun.
* Castles Beach (4-minute drive) – A perfect learn-to-surf spot with gear provided. Request a surf or paddle lesson with our property manager in advance.

You’re also just 10–20 minutes from the North Shore’s world-famous beaches: Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, and Pipeline. Watch pro surf competitions in winter or enjoy peaceful beach days in summer.

Head 20–30 minutes south to explore the Windward side: Chinaman’s Hat, Kualoa Ranch, and Kailua’s Lanikai Beach.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
