2. Additional screening form required at time of booking.
3. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met.
4. Pool Heating Fee: An additional $40 nightly fee will be added to your invoice post-booking if pool heating is requested. Pool heating must be requested with a minimum 48 hour notice. *Heated pool is not the same as a hot tub or spa. Heated pool temperature is approximately 78-85 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. There is a ring camera doorbell at the front door. And there is a camera monitoring the driveway and the street.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
