3. Parties and Events: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS are allowed on the property. Local ordinances have banned all venues/parties/weddings at short-term rentals. No one is allowed on the premises except for registered guests.
4. Pet Policy: We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this property. The owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
