We were very impressed by everything. Next time we decide to stay in Prescott we definitely will book this again. Thank you so much for having such a beautiful home available, It was absolutely perfect especially have teenagers who can be a little loud, we barely heard them in the downstairs area where they hung out at.

While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
