3. Pet friendly - Two small dogs no exceptions. Extra fees per night per dog will apply.
4. Pool heating must be requested at least 72 hours days prior to check-in for an additional fee per night for the entire duration of the reservation.
5. 14-day rentals or longer require a $1,000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
