1. An additional guest screening form may be required.
2. A Four Wheel Drive or SUV is necessary. The road from the Highway can be difficult, but if you “take it slow and real easy" then you will arrive at your destination safely.
3. It is recommended to drive the road in the daytime the first time and avoid a night time arrival.
4. It is over a mile up the dirt road to the cabin, you are going the right way so long as you're not going downhill. Complete instructions are In the "Directions to Property" in your check-in instructions, please read them very carefully and follow the directions implicitly. The road will be very slippery in the rain, please drive very cautiously.
5. Two of your furry friends are welcome: Please inquire about our pet policy and additional fees.
6. The property is closed during the winter, so you won't want to miss the opportunity to stay at this home open Mid May through September. Some October dates may be open depending on the weather.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
