3. Water access is available from the backyard. The french doors are not childproof please keep a watch on young children at all times.
4. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
5. Guests have access of the entire property, dock, and access to the canal. The garage is not available.
6. A local contact will be provided during your stay, please be respectful and aware they are not available 24/7.
7. A car is recommended. Parking Info: 5 cars max. Two cars in the driveway and three on the street.
8. Camera locations: 1) front door, with audio recording 2) backyard, no audio.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
