4. The deck off the master bedroom is unavailable at this time.
5. Hot tub (shared if the apartment unit is occupied), and parking in front of the garage on the left side.
6. This home is in a quiet neighborhood. NO Party groups please.
7. Put the wood pellets for the stove on the top, then set the temp in the room.
8. Pellets are provided for the pellet stove. If more are needed for your stay please contact the caretaker.
9. A smaller unit is available to book or both of the units together as well. .
10. 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met. (With approval from the owner)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
