  Trailer Parking: All trailers must be parked in the trailer parking area. No trailers are allowed beyond the trailer parking area or on "The Pines" maintained roads.

This Island Park Cabin is a 5-bedroom, 2-bath 960 sq. ft. property that sleeps up to 14 guests. There are queen beds in each bedroom and 2 more Queen beds in the common area. The home has full-log construction and finishes with the amenities you can find in your own home. There's a full kitchen, washer and dryer, sofa, phone and gas fireplace. Other amenities include a coffee maker and BBQ grill. There's even a hot tub to relax in and enjoy the nature around you.

The home is in a gorgeous wooded area, so you'll enjoy being surrounded by nature. Phillips Lodge Restaurant and Bar are located at the beginning of the neighborhood.

When it's time to go exploring, there's so much for you to do. Henry's Lake and Snake River are nearby. Go fishing, boating, river tubing, kayaking, rafting, and paddle boarding. You can also go hiking and enjoy the forest. During the winter there's snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. Don't forget to visit Yellowstone National Park which is just 30 minutes away.

▪️ Only 2 cars or trucks can be parked at the cabin. Any additional cars will need to be parked at The Pines overflow parking at a cost of $10/day. Trailers will also need a $10/day parking permit from The Pines and space is limited. Call at least 7 days prior to arrival to reserve your spot.
* For your safety and protection, home has surveillance cameras with audio recording at the front and 2 side doors (each of the side doors has a view of a portion of the hot tub which is very close to the doors.)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
