Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condo, the community beach, and the swimming pool. A fitness center is also available on-site.

One reserved parking stall is provided. Additional parking may be available on the street. A public bus stop is conveniently located in front of the condo, making it easier to explore the island.

The condo is conveniently located near the elevators on the third floor.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
