It is fully stocked with basic seasonings and baking supplies. For families with young children, a highchair and portable crib are available, and air mattresses can be provided upon request. Conveniently located just a few miles from the renowned Renaissance Festival, the home is also near several lakes where you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, pontoon boats, wakeboard boats, and more. Explore nearby attractions such as the Salt River Tubing Station and Goldfield Ghost Town. Easy access to major freeways like Hwy 60 and 202 connects you to Gilbert, Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport (PHX), and Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). The area offers an abundance of fantastic hiking and biking trails, along with nationally ranked golf courses in the top 5%.

3. Two small dogs or 1 medium to large shed-less dog breed allowed (Please inquire about pet fees, policy, and exceptions). Flat rates are available for longer stays of 2 weeks or more.
4. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a fine.
5. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
