Double R Ranch is a stunning two-story cabin on an oversized one-acre lot, located at the entrance to Zion National Park in the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. It features six spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom and exterior door, sleeping 12 adults with a maximum of 19 guests. Enjoy the loft with vaulted ceilings and views of Zion, as well as covered front and back porches with outdoor seating, BBQ, and a private hot tub spa. The open kitchen and dining area provide ample space for meals, and there are additional sleeping options in built-in twin nooks and sleeper sofas.

You'll not only love the great location and beautiful property but the amenities can't be beaten! The Resort borders Zion National Park so you'll have access to iconic trailheads right from the property like the East Mesa and East Rim Trails, as well as tennis courts, walking trails, and play structures. You'll also enjoy the resort pool for a daily fee and other amenities offered on a pay-per-use basis, including Jeep and UTV rentals, canyoneering, hiking, jeep tours, horseback riding, mini-golf and so much more!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
