6. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
7. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables. The house is treated regularly and is cleaned in preparation for your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
