Welcome to Bear Haus, your exquisite home base for an Alaskan escapade in Anchorage. This spacious 4 bedroom haven is nestled in a charming, serene neighborhood, featuring a scenic backyard with majestic tall pine trees. Watch for the occasional meandering moose! Whether you're relaxing after a day of adventure, challenging friends to games of Pac-Man and ping pong, or creating lasting memories with a large group, Bear Haus awaits. Sleeps 8-10 guests.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
