Beachfront Dream is a three-story condo that is just steps from a private beach on Lake Tahoe, with amenities to enjoy at or on the lake at the condo as well as for rent. Each floor gives you unparalleled views of the lake from the living room, master bedroom, and game room. This location is not only on the lake but is within walking distance of the grocery store, golf course, and downtown Kings Beach.

On the bottom floor, enjoy the view while playing pool, cards at the bar, listing to the stereo, or watching a movie. You can step out onto the patio to feel the breeze from the lake and take in the views. Also on this floor is a laundry room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second level is where you'll love to gather in the open-concept living room with wood burning fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. Watch a show or movie on the flat-screen TV with Direct TV or turn on the stereo to relax and chill on the large sectional sofa and of course more fantastic views from the front room or step out on the deck with a patio table and chairs. The top floor has two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, walk-in showers, and smart TVs with apps. From the master, you can step out onto the balcony or from either room relax in comfort watch some TV or get some much-needed sleep from being at the lake, pool, or out and about in the Tahoe area.

Things to Note
1. An additional guest screening form may be required.
2. The unit does not have Air Conditioning
3. An extra guest fee is applied to guests 6 & 7 per night.
4. The HOA requires an occupancy report for every reservation to be filled out and emailed or faxed prior to arrival.
5. Parking: One assigned parking space and one guest spot. Be aware that guest spots are limited. Each space needs a permit that must be displayed in the vehicle.
6. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
7. A Camera at the front door, does not include audio recording.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
