4. 14-day rentals or longer require a $1,000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
5. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs, and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property are treated regularly, seeing dead bugs don’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
